Refund and Returns Policy

I hand-make all items, using stoneware clay with the exception of a few made from porcelain, labeled food safe or decorative (not food safe), and I personally fire them to vitrification.

Overview

My refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must ensure all pottery is unused and in the same condition that it was received. They must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, I will check that the Request and the purchase fall within the 10 day policy. If you have a confirmation email with the purchase date in clear view, I welcome you to Forward that email as it will assist greatly in confirming your refund.

Refunds

I will notify you by email once your returned item(s) are inspected, letting you know that I have received the item(s) and the approval status of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to you.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at b.c.natureware@gmail.com.

Refunds exclude items bought on sale.

Exchanges

I only offer Exchanges if the item(s) are damaged due to Shipping Error. Please include photos or video proof. If you need to make an exchange for similar item(s), send me an email at b.c.natureware@gmail.com and send your item to: 758 Stewart Rd. Jonesville, LA 71343. If all similar item(s) are out of stock then new ones will be added to the top of my to-do list, please note that crafting new item(s) will take time.

For transparency, I complete about one kiln firing of finished pottery each month, with the exception of December & January as the freezing temperatures may ruin any pottery not already made.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 758 Stewart Rd. Jonesville, LA 71343.

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs for your item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will have the shipping cost deducted from your refund if you receive one.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Shipping Companies are a third party, therefore I cannot guarantee that your returned item(s) will be received.

You will be notified once the returned item(s) have arrived and once the cost has been refunded. I do ask that you send confirmation when you receive your refund.
